The Philips Respironics Amara View Full Face CPAP Mask features a compact design that provides full face therapy without the traditional forehead support. Its under-the-nose cushion seals around the nostrils and mouth while leaving the bridge of the nose uncovered for greater comfort and visibility.
Open Vision Design
The Amara View is designed with a wide, unobstructed field of vision. By eliminating the traditional forehead support, the mask provides a less restrictive feel while the headgear helps keep the mask securely positioned.
Under-the-Nose Cushion
The cushion features a dedicated nostril opening that delivers therapy air to the nostrils without placing pressure across the bridge of the nose. For proper therapy, the nose should remain positioned above the opening rather than dropping into the opening.
Lightweight Construction
The soft silicone cushion attaches to a lightweight frame that sits around the nose and mouth. The design avoids placing the mask directly across the nasal bridge, while the headgear helps distribute pressure for a more comfortable fit.
Universal Mask Frame
The universal frame works with Amara View cushions in Small, Medium and Large sizes. This allows the cushion to be replaced independently without purchasing an entirely new mask system.
Adjustable Headgear
The headgear provides multiple adjustment points around the mask, along with a crown strap that extends over the top of the head. This helps provide a secure fit while distributing pressure more evenly.
Flexible Short Tube and Swivel
A short tube connects the mask to the main CPAP tubing. Its 360° swivel allows the tubing to move more freely as you change sleeping positions, helping reduce pulling on the mask and supporting a consistent seal.
Quick-Release Clips
Quick-release headgear clips make removing the mask simple, especially when getting up during the night. The headgear can remain adjusted so it is easier to put the mask back on.
