Care information
Keeping your equipment clean is the key to comfortable, effective therapy. Wash your mask cushion, frame and headgear in warm soapy water and air dry out of direct sunlight. Rinse your humidifier chamber daily and use distilled water where possible. Replace cushions monthly, masks every 3–6 months, and filters as recommended by the manufacturer.
Returns: We accept returns on unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, masks, cushions, tubing and humidifier chambers cannot be returned once opened. Faulty machines are covered by full manufacturer warranty and we'll handle the claim for you. Contact our team and we'll walk you through it.

Contact our team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return, and we'll email you a return authorisation and instructions. Products must be unopened, unused and in original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, masks, cushions, tubing and humidifier chambers cannot be returned once opened. If your machine is faulty, don't return it yourself - contact us first and we'll manage the manufacturer warranty claim on your behalf.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse we inspect it within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 3–5 business days, though your bank or card provider may take a little longer. We'll email you the moment the refund is issued.
